Contribuisci feedbackA terrible service. has ordered a caramel machiatto and has something with zimt. they have made it new, but gave me a large (small) instead of the size large (medium) I paid. they offered me to do another, but after I had waited well for 15 minutes for my drink, I asked for a refund. the cashier said she couldn't give me a refund and that I would have to call Starbucks customer service. I went without coffee and without refund.
The drive-thru experience was disappointing. I ordered a hot coffee but received a cold one instead, even though it clearly looked like a hot coffee. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was left on hold and they never came back to me.
To top it off, my daughter's drink was made too strong. While I can't entirely blame Natalie for that since the other girl was involved, it certainly didn’t enhance our experience.
The service was incredibly slow, with several employees just standing around. No one seemed to be working with any urgency. I was surprised at how sluggish everything was. I even asked someone to hold my drink since I didn't want to be late for work. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
One of the better Starbucks I have gone to. Even though they were busy staff was very friendly and my drink was made perfectly! Was also excited to see the posting there saying they give coffee grounds for compost! Way to be green!
