Wendy's - Plymouth

Stopped in while traveling. The bathrooms were clean, which is more than I can say for most Wendy's. We grabbed a frosty and the Cinnabon treat, both were great.

Last 3 times I went through the drive thru, 2 times they gave me the wrong order. Done with them....

First, cashier waited on us while using her cell phone. No ice in the drink machine. No unsweetened tea out. When asked for ice, cashier was ugly. Dining room dirty. Seats torn.

The chili on a cold rainy day is worth the trip. This Wendy's always has given me good service.

I love Wendy’s chili, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches…but the service always seems to be off! I’m either missing something from my order, have something that I never ordered to begin with, or, like the last time, waiting an extraordinarily long time for a simple order. I literally sat listening to two workers have a conversation while holding my food and drinks in their hands like I wasn’t sitting right there in n the window beside them! Then one handed me the food after about 5-mins, and then the other asked her; “What else does this guy need?”…THE DRINKS IN YOUR HAND, SIR…that is what I need!!! Very frustrating!
