Burger King - Pocatello

The food was quite good. I was particularly impressed with the Impossible Burger. However, I found it ridiculous that we were asked to pull to the front of the restaurant and wait for over 20 minutes. I want to emphasize that the staff were friendly the entire time, but the service was very slow, and there was no explanation for the delay. If I hadn’t already paid before being asked to move and wait, I might have decided to go elsewhere. Just being honest. Overall, it's not a bad place, though.

I absolutely love the staff here! I typically use the drive-thru, and I'm always treated well by whoever is at the window. Even when it’s incredibly busy and they’re understaffed, they may seem a bit frustrated, but they never take it out on the customers. You all are fantastic!

I really enjoy Burger King, and the food was well-prepared. The woman at the drive-thru was friendly, but unfortunately, this location seems to be understaffed, which made the wait much longer than it should have been. I will definitely return, but I’ll make sure to avoid peak times.
