Changs Garden - Pocatello

The food was incredible, offering a variety of wonderful textures. The sweet and sour chicken was fantastic, and the fried rice is definitely a must-try!

Chang's Garden is one of the best restaurants in Pocatello and one of the best Chinese/American cuisine I was travelling in 26 countries. The decor leaves a little to wish, but the food has always arrived fresh, at the right temperature, with a pleasant appearance and fragrance and above all the food is made of high quality ingredients and tastes great. Sometimes they get a server that doesn't do good work, but who doesn't even have one of them? All the quality of food and friendly atmosphere provide a great experience.

Very good food, high quality service. However, the portions were too big for one meal and just barely too small too justify taking home, unless you're not a big eater. That aside, they were fantastic. I especially recommend the hot and sour soup. It was incredible on the day that I had it.

Our family was visiting from Utah and decided to eat here while in Pocatello. These kinds of restaurants are hit and miss but I really liked the meals we got. We got a beef and chicken lo mein with sweet and sour chicken. It was all really good. Also the egg roll was excellent.

Lackluster Chinese food. Hardly any meat in the dishes we ordered. Don't order the chicken chow mein if you're expecting a noodle dish because you'll get a weird salad dish instead. Fried rice had no flavor and tasted old. Dishes that should have been spicy had no spice at all.
