Java Espress - Pocatello

This restaurant has absolutely terrible customer service. I love the coffee at java in Blackfoot, Idaho, where I never encounter any issues. The workers at this restaurant are the worst and it seems like nothing is ever done about it. I often see complaints from customers about how poorly they are treated, and yet every time I visit, I experience a problem. Today, when I tried to explain that my drink was incorrect, the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and even hit me in the face when I said I wouldn't argue with her. I will never return to this place. I hope the owner takes action and hires staff who excel in customer service.

I used to avoid this place due to the poor customer service. However, I decided to give it another chance recently, and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was amazing, and the drinks and bagels I ordered were delicious.

The drinks here are probably my favorites in the city, but the customer service never makes me almost half the time back. I probably have a good experience 1 of every 4 times I'm here. some of the girls are so nice and then I'll get someone who seems angry that I even harass them. I've been working for 3 years in a coffee shop I don't understand what's so hard to get a decent job that wants to support their business.

The snickerdoodle cookies are great, and I tried an iced tea which was yummy. The chai Java was okay, not bad. The price is decent!
