Señor Garcia's Puerto Vallarta

I wouldn't recommend having breakfast here. The food was cold, and there were eggshells in my eggs, which made it unappetizing. I used to enjoy this restaurant at their previous location, but I have no intention of returning to this one.

Update 10/31 at the new location: The atmosphere is quite odd and dark. The margarita was watered down and lacked flavor. It doesn’t feel like a welcoming place. However, the chorizo queso was delicious, and the fried ice cream was a hit as well. Overall, the meal was just average; some dishes were overpoweringly flavored, while others fell flat and were lacking in taste.

I believe a restaurant's primary focus should be on quality and reasonable portion sizes. Honestly, how many of us actually take home a full platter of food and eat it later? It feels like a waste of money for the restaurant as well. They could offer standard portion sizes that don't require takeaway boxes, with an option for larger servings at no extra charge for those who want them. Additionally, our waitress, who claimed to be the owner, was quite confrontational and challenging to deal with. Maybe she was just feeling stressed, but there weren’t that many customers in the restaurant, so it's hard to say. If I were her, I would definitely consider watching some episodes of Dave Ramsey to figure out how to improve my restaurant.

I really loved this restaurant. The food tasted amazing and the server was so accommodating with the requests we had especially when there was a part of our order wrong. We were seated and served quickly. Had a lot of options for gluten free food and iwould definitely would come here again!

Oh my! That chili Colorado burrito was so good that I've had dreams about it. Best burrito I've ever had and I'm 72 and live in AZ! Owner and wife very nice people and hard workers. If I'm ever in Pocatello again this is my food destination! Thank youPuerto Vallarta!
