Questo ristorante si trova nel centro storico di Siena a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, dai giardini e da diversi negozi e supermercati. Il posto è bello e ben tenuto, ha uno spazio esterno con diversi tavoli. Ho ordinato la pizza e mi è piaciuto. Anche il dessert non era male. Siamo venuti con un tour e hanno servito il cibo su un vassoio per l'intero tavolo, pochissima quantità e abbiamo aspettato un'ora per mangiare. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN!! I have been a customer for years and I had organized and agreed upon my 30th birthday party (14 April 2024 at 8.30pm) in early December of the previous year but I found myself having dinner outside in the dark, in the cold and without music when I had booked inside with a request for a room downstairs which, if not possible, would also be fine for a room near the bathrooms (which usually no one wants) or at most on the veranda... Instead I was put outside the place between the chamber of commerce and the scooters parked like a last-minute evacuee without even tablecloths, napkins, cutlery with lights like tealights which immediately ran out, creating discomfort for the guests and which did not even allow them to have a decent photo! I, the birthday girl and not just me, had the almost full glass taken away without even asking if they could take it away, forcing us to order again. Furthermore they didn 't allow us to go to the bathroom after the cake and I had a pregnant girl as a guest! I made a terrible impression on the organization outside when the room below and the room near the bathrooms were empty, which I discovered when all my guests were already seated... and the girl 's refusal was shameful blonde at the checkout to let us use the bathroom... My pregnant guest, having an important emergency, went anyway and was addressed by the aforementioned cashier, to whom I was making the payment at that moment, as RUDE! Given that toilet facilities are a customer 's right, let alone a pregnant woman who had just consumed it!! I was here for a birthday. Being pregnant I asked for a change to the pre-arranged cutting board (the facility had been notified weeks before). Having agreed on the change with a blonde waitress, once at the table, something else arrived... fortunately always compatible with what I could eat but which I hadn't chosen anyway! After the cake I went to the bathroom... I didn't have the problem of having to ask if I could use it since other customers had just left (furthermore always invited on the same birthday) but, the usual blonde waitress, only had to object to myself, addressing me as rude Without words!
