A great dining experience. Sensational and tasty food that flows perfectly between the various courses. A must visit whilst in the Hunter.

We travelled to the hunter valley this time simply to experience EXP. We had high expectations and were not disappointed - our 8 course, 3 hour lunch was prepared with care and precision, and it was a joy to spend these hours exploring the journey Frank and his team have created. We sat at the bar in this tiny room and watched the kitchen work in harmony and silence. I especially like that the chefs bring out every meal to the tables, with an explanation of them - as opposed to the waitstaff. A nice touch.It was a warm 26 degree day in pokolbin on our visit and if I could improve anything it would be to cool the room a bit more - next time we will sit outside in warmer weather.
