Thai Mini Cafe - Poncha Springs

I've stopped here a few times during my trip through Colorado. It's a decent place to eat with plenty of options to keep me satisfied.

We stopped here a couple of times on our way back from a busy day. We always arrive quite hungry, but the food comes out quickly and the service is very friendly. I’m sure our hunger plays a role, but the meals are fresh and delicious! There are also some shaded picnic tables outside, which is great for enjoying a meal with our pups.

We visit this family restaurant whenever we're in the area, and we’ve never been disappointed. We ordered the vegan pad see ew and pad kee mow, and they met our requests perfectly. Occasionally, my noodles are a bit on the thicker side, but overall, the customer service is always excellent. This is an update to my previous review from May 20, 2022.

Pad thai with tofu. only from 285. the second time I was happy in this area to have found his place again.

The couple who own and run this place are so genuinely friendly and welcoming. If you say a few words in Thai they will smile so big. The Thai pumpkin curry is delish. Great option for this area.
