After attending this place faithfully for more than two years, I found myself deploring the poor quality of their service and food. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a replacement, the waitress, sent by the so-called 'responsible', had the boldness of refusing, claiming that I still had to pay it. It's simply unacceptable! Losing a customer for a lost brioche at 10 euros is a blatant example of their total disregard for customer satisfaction.
