Dragon Inn - Poole

Ordered a selection of items from the menu came in no time whatsoever but here is where it went downhill. I ordered spareribs, they came and when I bit into them they were raw. I rang up and they happily changed it but when the replacement came, it was raw again. Rang once more and the man I spoke to hung up on me half way through my complaint. Rang a third time and was shouted at by the man I spoke to because “the chef is the head chef at ‘Days’ in tower park”, as if that means he is totally above mistakes, not helping with the issue at all. I was told nobody else had had the issue so I must be wrong and that they couldn’t deal with the issue because they were closed if I hadn’t been hung up on it would have been well within their opening hours. Never experienced this sort of customer service in my life. I work in the service industry myself and so spoke with complete civility and understanding, to be met with rudeness, disrespect and being shouted at down the phone. Don’t bother with this place.

The portions at this restaurant are big, so be mindful of what you order unless you enjoy eating leftovers the next day. We ended up with two servings of Singapore noodles, a pancake roll, and dumplings, which was too much for us to finish. Luckily, we have some snacks for tomorrow. And all of that cost us less than £18. What a great deal!

This Chinese restaurant is the worst I have ever tried. The chicken tasted processed and looked like tripe on the plate, it was slimy and absolutely disgusting. The quality of the food was very poor, inedible, and ended up in the trash. I cannot believe they serve such food and expect people to pay for it. This Chinese restaurant should not be open. I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone. I had to give it a one-star rating, but I would not give it any stars if I could.

2 hours for delivery after being told 1.Absolutely disgusting,full of MSG and salt.Undercooked batter on balls and chicken.Half the delivery wrong or missing and i feel physically sick after eating a small amount of it.

Used to be really good but latest owners are not using the best ingredients. Cheap chicken cuts where Roasted breast chicken was once served. Also, the place is badly in need of a refurb. Its tired and dirty looking from the customers viewpoint.Shame. but I found somewhere better.
