Pizza Hut - Poole

The staff at Pizza Hut on Ashley Road in Parkstone, Poole exhibited shocking behavior towards my young daughter. As a result, I would advise parents to steer clear of this location with their children.

Pizza ordered, side and ice in the frame of a family celebration (in lockdown) and eating was ok and delivery fast and friendly. but we ordered ben jerrys ice cream, but were told at the delivery that they had run out and instead received a magnum tub. when I asked the delivery driver, he said that many other people were also affected and the management had no time to call everyone to see if they wanted a replacement or refund on the product. I found this difficult to understand and a very bad answer from the administration. everyone with children will know how important and different ben Jerry’s is compared with other brands and the reason why I’m a contact number at the order is for situations like this that they could have easily contacted me and I could have gone and get my own, if necessary. disappointed children and woman who would have easily prevented but management obviously put turnover over customer satisfaction, hope no one will complain. poor management. will never go on pizza again, will stay at dominos.

The restaurant used to be decent, but now it is completely unacceptable. I called and complained about my experience, expressing that I wish I hadn't paid in advance.

The pizzas at this restaurant were absolutely terrible. The Disneyland pizza was overcooked and dried out, it should never have been served. When I tried to complain, the staff was not helpful at all. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I just had an amazing pizza delivered well within time and piping hot brilliant. Two pizzas for Wow. Had delivery once before that was amazing to. Did it all on line. They even give you a progress report so you can track your pizza...every step of the way. Good going guys, keep it up.
