Bojangles - Pooler

I arrived at this restaurant at 7:55 PM on October 29, 2022. I requested an 8-piece family meal, but was informed that they were out of chicken. When I asked if they could fry more chicken, I was told no. The only option available was chicken tenders. This location closes at 9:00 PM, so it's frustrating that no chicken could be cooked after 7:55 PM. I am very disappointed.

I arrived at 8:30 PM and they only offered chicken tenders, mac and cheese, fries, and rice. They refused to cook any additional chicken because they had already cleaned the fryers. The customer service was lacking; I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to the register, and the food I received was only slightly warm.

I'm not saying the service was totally bad because the young lady at the front counter did help me,but the other young lady was something else. I think a customer should not have to feel uncomfortable visiting a restaurant, and the staffer still has theirjob, and it's ok?

I wanted to share a fantastic review for this location. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh. The guy who prepared my order tonight was especially warm and humorous! He took the time to make some lighthearted jokes and wished me a good afternoon. In most fast food places, you usually just get your food and receipt thrown at you without any eye contact! I really appreciated the friendly conversation. If I knew his name, I would definitely thank him here!

LOVE the pork chop biscuit sandwich by itself or as part of a combo. Lots of close parking. Really good chicken. I like the slaw for fixens.
