Kfc - Port Huron

The restaurant has a new look after being rebuilt. I went in to place an order, keeping it simple to avoid any mistakes. I ordered two wing combinations for my parents, and they said everything was great!

The staff was friendly, and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They prepared our meals right after we ordered, which made everything beautifully fresh! I really enjoyed their new Beyond Nugget meal!

While the experience was enjoyable, the fries we ordered were fresh but extremely hot and seemed over-fried. They were quite tough to chew. This KFC is not our usual go-to spot, and while we haven't been disappointed there before, this visit was a letdown. It appears that the staff’s attitude towards their customers reflects in the quality of the food. It shouldn’t be too much to expect a certain standard from a restaurant. I’m sure that Colonel Sanders, John Y. Brown, and Dave Thomas (the founder of Wendy’s) would have wanted better for their customers.
