Contribuisci feedbackFirst time eating here but certainly not the last. The owner came to the table to chat as well as the manager Stacy. They were very interested in our experience at Due Baci and if we had any suggestions for improvements. Susan our waitress is worth requesting for our next dinner
We tried DueBaci tonight in Port Jeff village and was very impressed. We used the parking service and the staff was excellent. We had a reservation and sat right away. The decor is very beautiful and the view of the port in the night is beautiful. We were greeted by the receptionist and the manager, and after we sit, they introduced our server. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table and shared an appetizer, Caprese Rustica, that I, my wife and daughter all enjoyed. They also brought us a basket of warm bread that was very good. I ordered the Pappardelle con Bolognese, which was amazing, asked the waitress and she recommended this court and she was right. The pasta and sauce were so good. The owner stopped at our table to check us nice touch. My wife had the Due Bacci Pesce Pasta she enjoyed and my daughter had the Pasta Primavera she liked. The portions were generous. In summary, the atmosphere was good, the service was excellent, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We're definitely going back. Very happy to have this restaurant as a choice in Port Jeff Village.
Just hanged up with friends at the bar. We had many different dishes and were very satisfied with all. Service was great. The place is beautiful. I will definitely go to dinner. I'll go back to the bar.
7 of us went to birthday dinner. We had reservations and our table was waiting for us. The place is not too big, the decor was nice, simple and very clean. The acoustics were great for crows. The bread basket was warm Brooklyn-style bread with a diving sauce. All foods were excellent, tasted fresh and healthy, not fat. Our waitress was top notch, very busy, not skipping a beat. The drinks were great, we had dirty Martinis, watermelon Martini, coconut martini. I liked they left the shakers on the table so drinks were kept cold. One of the best parts was that we were not rushed at all. Great space between apps and the main meal, so you were not rushed at all. Had a great time and would go back.
I can't even explain my experience here. I was in a LOT of places that friends have sworn to me are really Italians. That, the hands down where I've ever been out of the water. Since I grew up with great Italian meals for holidays, birthdays, losses (every reason really), I know how it may be to taste handmade, home cooked quality. My great grandmother, my grandmother, my mother's aunt showed me the tradition. We started with most INSANE Mozzarella sticks. Fresh cut cheese, delicious slightly baked quality cabling a sauce that even had eaten my 3 years old niece. Also ordered the sausage broccoli rave, lumps crab meat and Kaprese salad. I had a crab, scalop and shrimp pasta in a bright cream sauce that was like liquid gold. Every single taste worked in tandem and the extensive wine list helped me to pair it perfectly. For Dessert had most Decaf espresso, but I chose a port wine. We had limoncello gelato who had the same had 3 years old licking the flute clean! We also had a mango, passion fruit, vanilla truffle thing that tasted like Sherbet and I needed a bike to go! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff was incredible and our server went everything perfectly. I wish I made more photos, but I had too much of a good time eating all food!! I highly recommend this place. Perfect access to the ferry, which is great because I can't wait to convince my Connecticut friends to join me!
