The first time I was just ignored no one asked me if I order, no one asked if I had an online order or something for at least 20 minutes. The second time was worse. I get there and there people wait for their orders before me, so I stand and wait with my phone on my order ready screen and I wait. And everyone goes and I wait. And wait. And wait. They ignored me for 20 minutes. No questions to see my phone screen is obviously on an online order screen to see that I was quiet and patient, so I'm not rude. A lady comes in and the teenager running in front of the business takes her order, whatever, his in store order, I'm pretty sure they get priority over online orders? But this older lady (also waiting for an online order) is asked if SHE needs help. I waited for 20 minutes. I was shocked! I felt ignored! So I said seriously? I've been waiting all the time. And he cut me off and said I'm coming to you! Excuse me? Then he asks FINALLY, what do you want? I want my Dang Pizza, of course. I'll tell him the name of my order and he'll just get a pizza and get a second box. I'm not sorry for waiting or anything. I come home with my order and the wrong order! I tried to call the store 16 times, but her phone is set on ring 2 times and then you say the mail is full. And one of the employees left their hair down over the PIZZA BAR (where they assembled the pizza) and tied their hair around the kitchen. no hair binding, no hair net, nothing. it was so unprofessional and rough, the WE KNOW WIE WIE WIE WIE MUCH HAIR SIE LET ON THE FOOD?! Definitely demanding that my order is made right or that they will refund me. this is the LAST time I'm buying thru this business, next time I'd rather drive to bremerton.
By Tues, 27 Sept. 2022, about 8 o'clock. Staff are rude. And that's not the first time, just the first time I complain. I understand they can be busy, but I didn't cause it. If you want to repeat customers, do not act as if it were a choir to take an order. The employees had the attitude that their customers were a burden. Addendum I waited 30 EXTRA minutes for them to fix the error they made on my order, even shown correctly with the order form, and they still made the same mistake. 3 times cooked, and not even right! They don't read their tickets, and a young, buzzed blonde man who worked tonight's shift on the pizza line, was happy to make it clear his mistakes, were someone else's fault. He cried to wait from the back of the store because he was busy when I first tried to order. I waited twice for my remake they messed up. It was standard menus. They even chased me when I asked how long it would be, so other customers commented on how rude it was. The male employee asked, Well, you see other customers?! Yeah, I saw the other client. And they saw him not yelling at me for any reason. Just a terrible business. I waited for 2 pizzas over an hour after the order. Do not put children if they are not supervised. I used to be a business manager for the Wayne Country Metro Detroit South East Division of Little Caesar 's, in Taylor, Michigan, from 2001-2005. You have to go back to basic training.
These little caesars actually make good pizza usually. The reason I give them only 2 stars is because it is almost impossible to order from this place unless you go to the store, order and wait. I don't know why, but they never answer the phone and their mailbox is full. There also seems to be some problems with online ordering because if I try to do that, there is an error message that I call the store to place my order. This is frustrating and just bad.
My father ordered 2 pizzas it took them over 40 minutes and while he waited, they made other customers who came after him their orders and when he asked why they told him he should be happy, he even got his order.
Even if you order way ahead of time your order still won?t be ready. Employees are absolutely mindless and have little to no sense of urgency. 1 hour wait for cheese pizza. Literally the worst little Caesars in WA.
