Mcdonald's - Port Orchard

This is one of the best McDonald's locations I've been to. The staff is friendly and hardworking, ensuring that the food is served quickly and fresh. There's always a manager present who actively works alongside the team, which is a fantastic touch. Everyone collaborates effectively and appears to take pleasure in their work. A big thank you to all the employees who continue to serve during the pandemic.

The fries were so hot and fresh that I had to wait to dig in. Unfortunately, my order was wrong, which tends to happen when I customize my meals instead of going with what they usually serve. The crispy chicken (not a McChicken) was warm and quite good. I felt even better after having a burger for dinner. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit.

This morning, the staff were incredibly friendly. I was having a tough day, and the cashier noticed. She gently asked if I was okay, and I could only shake my head. She apologized and offered me a Buzz Lightyear toy to cheer me up. I found myself giggling like a little girl and nodded in appreciation. It might be a simple toy, but the thoughtfulness behind it meant so much to me. They truly wanted to help brighten my day. Whether it’s just great customer service or something more, it certainly made a difference for me.

Great place to eat. This McDonald is child-friendly. They offer a good customer service. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

During this epidemic, this McDonalds has gone the extra mile and used gloves while handling food. They were quite nice and quick with the order. Taking less than 4 minutes to order and receive all the food for our 4 person order.
