Second Wind Coffee Co - Port Orchard

The wait at this restaurant is frustrating, as people linger for too long just socializing, and there's no organization in line, allowing others to cut ahead without any consequences. I usually enjoy grabbing a drink before work to kickstart my day, but after trying this place, I can’t say it’s my favorite.

I've noticed that the drinks haven't been as good lately, which has been quite disappointing. Whenever I order something, it just doesn't taste right. If I get a coffee that's not made from their (I think?) premade powder for their frappuccinos, it has a strange, off flavor. Sometimes it tastes watery and bitter, while other times it seems like I'm just drinking creamer without any coffee in it.

Out of the 3 coffee stands around this is my go to. My husband prefers revive up the road but I don 't so we go here. Well we just went at 2:10pm today (7/27). I ordered my lotus drink my husband ordered a blended caramel macchiato with TWO extra shots and we got a breakfast sandwich. Well she made our drinks forgot our sandwich so we reminded her of it she said she didn 't charge us for it so we had to pay again. We went on our way I opened my breakfast sandwich it was still ICE cold and my husband 's drink tasted like a creme based caramel frap with NO coffee. So we turned around got back there at 2:25 she said she can 't do anything about the drink and reheated my sandwich. She said she forgot to charge us for two extra shots but said I 'm pretty sure I put them in there though or maybe I made it too sweet then told me she is closed and can 't do anything about the drink. But then said she can remake it but she 'd have to charge us AGAIN for the whole drink. THEN said she can remake the drink but it 'd be a frap without coffee cause her machines were already cleaned. I told her the sign hanging up says they 're closing at 2:30 and it wasn 't 2:30 she said her boss said to close now. So she can 't help us with the coffee. So we were charged $13.36 for a 24 oz lotus and 20oz blended frap what a rip off... attached is his blended frap. Without coffee.I personally work for a coffee company and we would NEVER treat a paying customer that way. Especially to leave them with an over priced drink that they didn 't get. But thats just us!

Good coffee and great prices, not like the prices at Starbucks, so I will be back!

They have awesome workers there and there coffee is very good ?
