First time here...The best waffles in town! I had the chocolate chip waffle and mud pie shake.

Unfortunately I 've tried Sol twice, I was excited thinking that there was a new health food experience in town and went in for a couple of shakes, I wasn 't a big fan but decided to give it another chance and got a shake and tea which was even worse the second time around. Then I come to find out the reason it was so gross is it is a Herbalife cafe! Really disappointed that they don 't advertise they are Herbalife and trick so many into supporting their MLM! I would have never gone if I knew. They claim to be a nutrition shop but the ingredients and nutrition info is very vague statements like every shake under 200 calories or under 5 carbs etc impossible to get exact information on your order. But I suppose every shake is just water, ice or milk with Herbalife powder and masked with things such as sugar free jello mixes or chocolate chips! You 're better off buying a tub of protein and mixing a shake yourself, what you are buying here consists of highly processed soy based protein, fructose (sugar) or artificial sweeteners, caffeine (around 160 mg per loaded tea, but one local club 's website states that theirs contains 175 200 mg), herbs, gums, fillers, additives, artificial flavors, artificial dyes, synthetic vitamins, and emulsifiers. if people want to ingest purchase products from MLM 's/Pyramid Scheme 's that 's their prerogative. What I have a problem with is the company, distributors downlines not being transparent about what they are and what goes in the drinks.

Always a good experience with good people. Always feel so free when I go in there in a world where you can feel so trapped. The açaí bowl is my favorite!!!! I always like the extra granola!!

Gluten free and vegan? Yes please. Had the GF waffles. The lemon sauce was terrific and the berries were so tiny and deliciousPlus Dudes gf v donuts are there on the weekend. Bonus

Delicious açaí bowls and shakes, wonderfully nice people!! It can be challenging to meet all of our dietary needs and preferences met (vegan, GF, and nut allergies all in one family! , but it was super easy here. Thanks for our tasty treats!
