Biggby Coffee - Portage

Foods great when made right. But when I'm told it's $19. And you tip yourself and see a $21.40 cent charge....screams illegal!!! Wait time is absolutely ridiculous!

Soooooooooooooooo slllllooooooowwwwww!!! I pulled in the line this morning at 8:05. It is 824 and I am exactly the same place I started. I don't know what the guy in front of me ordered unless he requested freshly baked donuts but for love of God, staff more people or shut down your drive-through.

Always clean the drive thru takes forever sometimes you wait up to 40 minutes for a couple of drinks but the staff is always

I live close to this Biggby so it 's the one I visit the most and have had zero issues with customer service and timing of getting my drinks. I went here yesterday with a friend and went inside. Zero customers inside and I think once car at the drive through. The girl who took my order was nice, no problems. We ordered 2 drinks, a regular coffee and a latte. A few minutes later, the 2nd girl puts our drinks on the counter for us, we look over and walk over and I ask, which one is which? She says The one with the sleeve is the brewed coffee but not loud enough for us to really hear or understand. I was like what? Thinking, they 're BOTH brewed coffee anyway, and they 're BOTH hot so why not put a sleeve on both?? She repeated herself but loudly and very rudely. We just took our drinks and figured that the one with the sleeve was the regular coffee. My latte was pretty hot and really could 've used a sleeve. My friend said if she were the manager, she 'd fire this girl on the spot. I agreed.I don 't care if you 're having a bad day, never take it out on customers. There are nicer ways of talking to people, people in general! I 'm not planning to go here again and will go out of my way to go to another location if coffee is needed.

Every time me and my boyfriend come through the drive thru at this location his drink is always made correctly (hot caramel marvel) when i get my drink (iced snickerdoodle, oat milk, cinnamon garnish, with whipped cream, sometimes extra flavor) my drink is always made poorly, the last time i got extra flavor and got an extra shot of espresso, i never get my cinnamon garnish, on top of the wait we have when it’s only us in the drive thru, this is the worst location i have been to, plus my drink always has a burnt espresso taste, i used to work at one of the locations and this is not how you guys are trained
