Chili's Grill - Portage

The food was delicious and ready right on time. I received a text notification, and I arrived in less than a minute to pick up my order. The chicken and waffles were fantastic. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant! We make it a point to visit at least every two weeks. Generally, the food is always cooked to perfection. There was only one instance when my steak wasn’t prepared to my liking, but it wasn't a big deal. I order the same meal every time, as shown below. They also have a large staff and their margaritas are served in generous sizes!

I rated this restaurant 4 stars because I visited a week ago and returned just a week later, excited to use a gift card I had. During my first visit, we ordered a side of fries, which were served in one of their small metal baskets and it was filled to the brim. However, on my next visit, the fries were served on a small plate and looked quite sparse. While the food was excellent overall, if I'm paying an extra $3 for an additional side, I expect a generous portion!

I went with a friend and we both almost immediately noticed that the hostess seemed a bit flustered and that seating was being delayed. We waited and were seated. From there the situation got better with our waitress and ordering our meals. Our drinks and food came in a timely manner. Overall, not a bad experience.
