They have completely removed the playground, so it is basically just an arcade. My 3 years old is not interested in arcade games, so there was nothing to do for him. So it's good for older children, but don't worry if you have children.
Had a birthday party for my daughter who turned 7 and we did the ultimate party package. It was very unorganized to begin with as our set up was not ready when we arrived. Our party hostess was very confused flustered and unable to run a smooth party of 6 kids. Management apologized after seeking me out and then again made numerous excuses as to why things were not up to par. Kids loved every minute they had but as a parent who paid $200. I at the very minimum expected at least what we paid for. My daughter was also announced as magnesium instead of makenzie... Yes magnesium...not once but THREE times by her party hostess. Food games were great. Im glad this the end to our chuck e cheese parties as my girl will be on to the next big things as an 8 year old. Keep expectation low or prepare to waste your money. Oh and by the way I also forgot to mention that the manager brian also offered us extra tickets if we made sure to voiced all complaints personally to him before leaving (if any) so he could resolve them on the spot. I can appreciate that but adding the ticket ploy just makes it sound dirty! Especially when every question asked involved something we were suppose supplied by them but paid for by me. Like wristbands for the kids, cups for beverages, spoons for ice cream or plates for cake. Like if we didn't notice they just wouldn't give it to us.saddly this is just another OVERPRICED kids entertainment establishment with poorly trained staff.
Chuck E Cheese was Great! We did our granddaughter's birthday there. We brought our own cake and decorations and sat in the main part. We ordered pizza and drinks there. Had a great time! Love the option to buy time instead of points/ tokens. The play was unlimited for the time we purchased and it was not that much. $27 for 60 min. (There are more time options) Plus it gave us bonus 3min.
I've been coming here for years with my kids. Started when my oldest was 4, she's now 14. There are tons of games. Chuck E comes out once every hour to dance with the kids ? We ended up spending a little over $100. Got my 2 boys 90 minutes to play, 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 3 drinks. Only thing I have to complain about is the amount of tickets you need to get anything other then a piece of candy. 6000-8000 tickets is a tad ridiculous for a toy I can go buy for $5-$10. But my boys had fun so that's all that really matters!!
Small store, but still fun! The kids had a blast with the machines that were working, but there were a few that weren't, which sometimes you wouldn't know until you swiped already to play. The food was delicious (pepperoni pizza) but the prices absolutely went up. ??
