When asking for extra stuff on the side they forget it every time, also when you ask for all dark meat, they still add a breast, especially in the 4 piece combo meal. They never seen to comp you when they mess up. Go to Tacobell at least they Comp you ontheir mistake.
The manager lady today..(pink shirt blonde hair) SUPER nice and helpful and a staff that obviously respects her. Great experience. Oh tables need to be wiped down a little quicker but they seemed pretty short staffed.
Ordered a side lover's with 8 piece, mash gravy, mac cheese and fries and a extra mash gravy and got 8 piece 2 mash 1 gravy and cold slaw no mac cheese no fries. Tried to call the store no answer do not have time to drive back to the restaurant
