Birria Y Pollos El Guero - Porterville

This place has amazing salsas but their chicken and ribs were dry as all get out. They keep them up front where they dry out and when its not fresh and get a funky smell to them. Sad considering thats the house specialty we expected some amazing chicken.

Food was really good, been wanting to try it for a while. We got Birria Ramen, Quesabirria, Asada Tacos and a Torta.

Great quesabirria tacos and flautas. Menudo looked good too. Vallin/ Ortiz/Salinas Clan approved

The chicken is good not to fond of the birria... unfortunately I didn't take any pictures or I would post them the staff was nice...

I ordered the Birria-chive/ goat. Soup was very light and flavourful I'm form LA and it made me feel like I was back home definitely coming back to try out more on the menu.
