Little Caesars Pizza - Porterville

Great. Had a valentines social pizza party for Santa Fe seniors. Spent $100 for 10 pizzas. Hot and ready to serve.

Can you guys please answer your phone, I try to call in a order ,I don't want to use my card online, but no I'm one answers. I've called about 5 xs , the time before this I was on hold for 15 minutes , so I just drove there and they answered well I was in the store , they were not even busy at all , it was slow . but didn't have time to wait so I had to get whatever they had ready, which I wanted something special ordered, I would of just left , but my kids were hungry after school , so I just got it n left very upset. I hate to leave a bad review, but I'm sorry u guys earned it .oh and please cut your pizza all the way through so I don't have to rip a piece off or there not evenly cut . Hope I can leave a better review next time .

Service sucks...waited a little over a hour just for a regular

I normally get the crazy sauce and buy extra because I like extra sauce. For me$1.00 is a lot for the small container but because it's easier I usually get it. The last couple of times I have purchased it they have only put it at the half way mark. I asked them to please fill it and the girl was very rude and said I don't know if I can do that. I said it's only half way. I pay a dollar for the small amount as it is. She grabbed them out of my hand and shoved two more at me and walked away. I wasn't rude I just asked to have full ones instead of half. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought well maybe it was just the day. I ordered more a couple of days later and my child went in to pick everything up and asked again on this occasion to please give us full containers. They said they are not allowed to fill them up more they would get into trouble. So I took pictures of what they gave us and then went into the store next to it and bought a regular jar of sauce for around a $1.50-$2.00. I don't know how others feel but I think it's ridiculous to pay $1.00 for 1/2 a small container of sauce especially when honestly a dollar was too much to begin with. The problem is that all restaurants are going to this. It's ridiculous. Shame on the owner and shame on them for hiring rude and very disrespectful employees.

Karime is amazing her customer service is very sufficient and very great . I will definitely be going back again . She needs a raise or a promotion.
