It must be. do not let them put in with first impressions, it is restored. the rooms are clean and the room 3 has a great view and a very comfortable bed. would use them again.

The room is basic, but it's decent for a short stay. Considering the landlord enhances the space, I would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful, clean room that featured a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of tea and coffee available, as well as free porridge for breakfast. We were aware that breakfast wasn't being served at the time of our visit, so that wasn't an issue for us. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which might deter some guests, but it's an excellent option for those on a budget. We would definitely return for another stay.

Although the restaurant's exterior and reception bar area may not be very impressive, the room we stayed in was quite spacious and featured a large double window. It was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable bed, making it perfect for our stay. Sian was an excellent hostess, and we would definitely return.

Stayed 6 nights with Rachel and Liam in early August. Recently refurbished room with nice decor and very comfy bed. Great atmosphere with attentive and freindly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location for easy access to both the beach and Harlech Castle and all local amenities. Highly Recommend.
