Milanese - Poughkeepsie

I recently visited this Italian restaurant located in the heart of Poughkeepsie for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the server was very friendly. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka with chicken, and it was fantastic! I'm definitely looking forward to returning to this place.

This authentic Italian restaurant offers excellent starters, pasta, and main courses. The calamari and Caprese salad were both delicious appetizers with generous portions. The lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs were outstanding as main dishes. While the decor may feel a bit outdated, it only highlights the exceptional quality of the food.

The best Italian food I've ever had! As Ohioans, we can honestly say we didn’t experience authentic Italian cuisine until we dined here. The service was friendly and prompt!

If you're familiar with places like Villa Masconi in Greenwich Village or Mama Lombardi's on Long Island, you'll love this. Very authentic Italian diaspora vibe. Stuffed sole was fabulous. Do it!

Excellent food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. Visiting from out-of-town and picked Milanese from a list provided by our hotel. We were delightfully surprised!
