Great sandwiches…very well made.However…do you phones EVER work? Not just today, but every time I try to call your number, BUSY signal. Every Time I’ve tried to call over the past three months. Surely your not on the phone every moment you’re open. Fix your phones.

Super friendly staff and of course the food was great too.

Very poor and inconsiderate customer service. I placed my order and as the bread was being sliced, another customer walked in. The employee left my order to take her order even though she offered to wait. It was immediately clear she didn’t know what she wanted, but he waited, and waited, and waited some more, and she even said a second time that he could finish my order but employee said “nah, you’re good” and continued to wait for her to decide. He didn’t call for any of the employees in the back to help. The other customer finally started placing an order, and employee wrote it all down, one topping at a time, and when she got to her fifth sandwich, I said I was on my meal break, couldn’t wait any longer and walked out. The employee was obnoxious enough to yell “have a nice day”.

The Jersey Mike's at this location is just as good as the one in New Jersey. The service is excellent.
