She could say that she was stressed by the crowd and the fast pace, but she treated us as if we were her only table.
Wow! Bob set up his game. Cocktails for breakfast. Since when did Bob have an alcohol license? I'm not sure how many of the restaurants do that. I happen to be at Powell Rd. just before the Columbus Zoo. Drinks are available all day until Sunday. Sundays are available after 11. Enjoy!
I love the great food at this restaurant and the fact that you can order breakfast at any time. The service was exceptional.
The food was delicious. I requested an Omelette without any brown spots on the egg, and they made it just right. The service was prompt and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. However, there was a negative aspect to our visit. When we arrived with two adults and one disabled person, we had to wait for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Despite there being three staff members present, none of them approached us or indicated that they would be with us shortly. Instead, they were chatting behind the counter without attending to customers or preparing food. This lack of teamwork and customer service was disappointing, especially when compared to the Sawmill/Tuller Rd location where the staff work together seamlessly. It seemed like there was poor management at this particular restaurant.
The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere with fresh food. Although the vegetables were served at room temperature, they were promptly replaced and the meal was satisfying. The waitress provided excellent service.
