Udder & Hoe Gippsland - Powlett River

Finally some good food to eat and buy. It has taken a while but well worth the wait... a jolly nice salsa bang BIG sausage roll... and a glass of wine...

And walked out with so much more. Really interesting mix of local food and produce; fresh, dairy, packaged. And a tea towel or two. Wish I had more time to explore this small tucked away store. It is behind the General Store.

Pleasant little shop at the back of the Kilcunda Cafe with many interesting treats. Worth a look if stopping in Kilcunda.

Udder and Hoe stock a wide range ofproduce from local producers and artisans. Milk from the local dairy Bass River Dairy, eggs from Bass Coast Free Range, Prom Country Cheese to name a few. Fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables from local growers the place is stocked with all things local. Once you've finished enjoy a coffee and food at Kilcunda General Store which is out the front.

Lovely friendly store selling a beautiful array of local produce. We especially like the seedlings, which are very hardy and are growing well in our veggie garden.
