Bamboo Garden - Powys

There has been a Chinese at the top of the street for many years and owned or run by many different people. The ones that are there now are by far the best I can remember. The food is always good, hot and consistant. The takeaway is always busy now which is always a good sign. I've not had a bad meal from there since it re-opened.

While dining in Knighton on a Sunday, I was disappointed to find that they didn't have a cash machine and wouldn't accept card payments. It made me wonder, where's the taxman when you need him?

We decided to try a new takeaway restaurant and so far everything has been excellent. Highly recommend! JA/LA.

Recently moved to the area.I had Chinese from here a few weeks ago. I heard mixed reviews about the place. I phoned my order and was told it would be ready to collect in 20mins. I ordered the special chow main, sweet and sour chicken, spicy shedded beef, peeking sauce spare ribs and chicken fried rice. Over all the food was hot and tasty. Not the best Chinese in the world but would definitely order again.

Worst Chinese chicken curry I've ever had ! Was like eating artificial chicken with a pinch of salt. The chow mein was lacking flavour and was the second worst chow mein I've eaten to date. Prawn crackers were ten out of ten !
