I decided to try it the next time in town, and I'm really happy that I did. This place is really special. I found myself constantly looking for beautiful details. The staff is the most attentive and helpful thing I have ever experienced. You really work hard to make your stay really special. The rooms are beautiful and everyone is different. The bathroom is amazing. The hotel is quiet and in a great location. The view from the restaurant is stunning and the food is delicious. It's really like a dream you don't want to wake up from.
Wow! This is by far the highest quality in service, food, drinks, location and atmosphere in Prague. We came here by chance and what a treasure of a hidden gem! We later found out that the cook is a highly decorated cook from a family of famous chefs and it shows. After the fact that we learn that this restaurant regularly appears as the highest rated restaurant in Prague and according to my experience I can confidently say that I agree. For alcohol travelers, this is the only restaurant that gets the Manhattan cocktail both in taste, color, presentation and serving.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Try to find a disadvantage, but really can't find any. This hotel goes and beyond to make your stay pleasant and you feel pampered. Room service is immaculate, they bring you a little cookie at night, the rooms are super clean, the coffee in the room is delicious. Furniture, drapes and painting combined with taste to honor the old building and the historic area. The terrace with cafeteria has a magnificent view of Prague. There is a lounge with coffee and an office had to print some documents for the message and have helped the printer a lot. I want to stay in this hotel next time in Prague!
Best hotel experience we've ever been able to warn: Spoiler! We first came well before check-in, just to drop our bags and the staff was sure friendly and everything, but they asked if we were in a hurry or if we had some time. I found the question strange at the time, but really we were in a hurry to make a Brunch reservation at Cafe Savoy. When we came back to this somewhat hidden jewel of a boutique hotel, we realized why the above question was asked. Check-in process: We sat at the reception with an incredibly friendly hotel representative to give her our passports and credit card, at this point we got chilled towels that smell from fresh winter green to refresh us as the day was a bit warm. After that we received a complete tour through the small institution and were told about their incredible story. We finished the tour on the terrace of the Golden Well restaurant, which boasted a phenomenal view of Prague. There we were shown a map with local attractions in the city and served a drink of our choice as well as a delicious and refreshing sorbet. At this point we received 10 minutes alone to enjoy the view and snack, and when the employee came back, she showed us in our room, which was one of 19, unique from the rest, and totally amazing. Clean, beautifully decorated, and every detail we have made was simply completely blown away by our accommodation. There was a personalized letter waiting for me to have all the incredible benefits that are available to us, such as shoe cleaning service, night turndown service (which had a delicious treat), baths drawn for us on our request, and even a pillow menu where we could choose the type of pillows that best fit our sleeping habits. Unreal! A few hours after check-in we made it a rustic meeting place where a free happy hour with drinks, sandwiches and desserts awaited the hotel guests. We met two other couples who were as impressed as we were and we all chat for a while in the comfortable room. We enjoyed leaving the hotel a few hours before dinner, but after we returned the staff was able to walk on the top terrace for dessert, where they go further beyond and beyond. Romantic, great service, super fun and creative desserts all, while looking at Prague at night so satisfied. From in our incredibly comfortable bed and in the morning we not only received our wake-up call, room service was at our door with a free coffee for my wife and pastries for me. We only regret that we were there one night. Luxury, comfort, the most friendly staff, historical and beautiful everything for a ridiculously fair price. Gold Now is the reason why we will return to Prague.
The house At the Golden Well is largely a new building from 1993-98, but it holds the mass of the original Baroque house, from which vaults and some peripheral walls have been preserved. The remarkable house has a complicated spatial composition created by the gradual addition of new wings to the Baroque core. This can be dated to the 17th century. The house was the residence of Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe (1546-1601). After 1993, the building underwent a radical conversion to a hotel according to the design of architect Zbyněk Pšenička. In 2011, the hotel was selected as the world 's best in the US TripAdvisor poll. Part of the hotel is the Terrace Restaurant at the Golden Well, which won the Maurer 's Grand Restaurant 2012 as the best Czech restaurant. In summer, hotel guests can use the private entrance of Emperor Rudolf II. to the Prague Castle Gardens. To lze datovat do 17. století. V letních měsících mohou hoteloví hosté využít soukromný vchod císaře Rudolfa II. do zahrad pražského hradu.
