Katsura - Prague

I am from Japan and I think the food quality in this restaurant is very good. It is exactly what you expect in Japan, and it is full of Japanese guests. What I like about this restaurant is that they serve food, that tastes just like what you get in Japan. They added a variety of food from sushi to casual Japanese food. I'm going to Katsura when I feel like Homesick and it's fixed. I would recommend this restaurant and recommend non-sushi dishes, as I think they are good.

The food is very good. I think this is the best Japanese restaurant in the Czech Republic. Japanese ingredients are very authentic. And the service setting is very polite. It's a traditional Japanese restaurant. Very recommended.

I really like this Japanese restaurant , it has everything I like about Japanese food.I super like the takoyaki, I think I can eat two plates by myself. The sushi is also excellent and the fish is very fresh. The teriyaki chicken is a must have! Tempura is also a good choice！And the store has a lot of authentic Japanese sake, I chose the Dassai , it's best！It's a place worth coming to！

I was really craving authentic aged sashimi (which is ridiculously hard to find in a european city unless you go to a super expensive michelin omakase or sth) and this was literally the only place I could find in prague that came close to what I’m used to eating in korea or japan. It is on the pricier side compared to average dining costs in prague but so worth it. Since the city is landlocked and I havent seen much fresh fish in prague markets they probably need the fish to be specially delivered as well. Tried the Chirashi bowl and it was above expectations. Definitely coming back.
