Nuance - Prague

The restaurant is beautiful with delicious food. It has an open kitchen and live piano music. The setting is informal yet neat, with courteous and friendly service. I especially enjoyed the flowers on the table while dining.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious with a modern twist, and the house wine was very good. Thank you for a wonderful meal and a lovely evening!

That's a real place of manifestation, it happened a few times with my misus. first we looked rather empty, even originally we were looking for something simple. but we finally came there and did others diner within the hour. the place has opened the kitchen so that they can see the level of the chefs with exemplary. we had main course and dessert, both were perfect size and performance. I had venison ravioli and cottage cheese dessert with some local cabernet. in front of the house staff had great attention to details. bill was another pleasant surprise, highly recommended!

Everything about this place suited me. Quiet, interesting menu, great service with a smile, central location in town. Prices modest. They have daily specials with a reasonable choice of drinks (local red was excellent). I chose a roasted carrot starter, some of which was piping hot, other parts frozen (like ice cream) but the effect was brilliant and weird at the same time.
