Right in front of the hotel's entrance, I discovered a restaurant on my first night that I ended up visiting multiple times during my stay. The atmosphere is very Czech, with no tourists in sight. The waiters were pleasant, although some of them had a bit of a reserved demeanor. Most of them could speak English, which was helpful. There was no menu in Spanish, but they had one in English that was sufficient for understanding. The restaurant serves typical Czech dishes with generous portions at a great value. I highly recommend trying their delicious black Kozel beer, which cost 28 crowns for a half-liter. We dined there multiple times and the average price per person never exceeded 8 euros. They politely suggested leaving a tip, but unlike other restaurants, they didn't add a service charge or pressure you to tip when paying the bill. If you're looking for an affordable Czech dining experience away from the touristy areas, this is the perfect place. The restaurant also has a spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating, as well as two dining rooms. The ground floor dining room has an interesting old winery vibe that adds to the overall charm of the place.
The service lacked a bit, but it's worth it. The food is very authentic to the region and it's a very unique spot.
