Kafe Francin - Praha

This cafe is amazing! The pastries and pancakes are delicious. The service is very fast and the prices are reasonable. It's conveniently located right outside a tram stop.

We enjoyed a lovely cup of warm coffee on a chilly morning at this charming cafe with cheerful staff. We also indulged in a latte and a croissant.

I visited this restaurant for their hand-brewed coffee and tried the Ethiopian blend. The coffee was expertly brewed, with a subtle initial flavor that developed into a more pronounced acidity after a few sips. The aroma was excellent, largely due to the quality of the roasting. My only complaint is that the beans were stored in a large canister, making it difficult to see the description. It would be nice if there was a more detailed description available on paper. Despite this small issue, I would definitely come back to try it again. The price was reasonable and the quality of the coffee definitely met my expectations.

The staff was so kind and speaks English, too. I’m studying Czech and my Czech language skill is not that much good yet, but she waited for my speaking in Czech : The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable for me. However, there will be lots of costomers because of good coffee from here and so, it can be a little bit noisy in front of the counter, because they have to make drinks all the time. I had an Iced americano and an waffle. It wasn’t sour and it was a little bit bitter and nutty. I think it was close to taste of dark chocolate. Waffle was so fluffy and the edge was crispy. The crispy end of the waffle and the soft bread were combinated perfectly. Also, fruits were fresh, too. I could feel all the taste of each fruit. I really recommend this place and this cafe will be a small breaktime of your life.

Good food. Nice atmosphere for coffee and family breakfast. Nice service. Delicious breakfast. They even have borscht in a menu (typical Ukrainian food)
