As our main course was served at 7:20, where we were advised, we had to release our table at 7:45. it was completely unnecessary, as we would have ended our eating in a lot of time and if they were so pressed, they would have served us our food sooner. we felt like we should hurry, which would have been a pleasant day. when we paid our bill we were advised that they have postponed the booking elsewhere and we could stay. I worked in the hospitality and would never advise a table to hurry, unless they were absolutely no more available places and they were within 10 minutes of the next booking. there were many other tables available to accommodate the following booking, as they were able to move their table first.
Loved the place. Really original food. Very good quality. Every dish a winner. The waiter made fabulous suggestions. The duck, the calamari, the qual eggs, the scallops, the stir fry vegetables. Couldn't decide which was the best dish!
I have not stopped raving about the amazing food from Firebird that we experienced yesterday. The flavours were incredible and menu was exceptional. Definitely going back!!
Great service and wonderful mouthwater dinner! Very recommended!
