Contribuisci feedbackTonight, 7/21/22, was the worst service we have ever had, and it wasn 't just my family. First the kiosk wouldn 't take my credit card so after spending all the time with everyone putting their order in I had to go up to the counter to pay. I stood there for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me but walking by and seeing me standing there with out even saying we 'll be right with you , I was completely ignored. I finally spoke up asking if I could get some help. Finally a young woman came up, never said a word to me and had a scowl on her face, looked like she was annoyed that she had to help me. She placed my order and forgot to give me my cups so had to go back up to get them. About 15 20 minutes later we finally got our order, but we were missing my grandson 's apple juice, 2 LG fries and 1 MD fry. Went back to the counter and there were 5 people waiting for items they were missing, including 4 from the drive thru. It took an additional 5 10 minutes of standing there waiting for me to get our missing items. The other people were still waiting for at least another 10 15 minutes for their items and other people from drive thru were told to park and waited at least 10 minutes in their cars for items. I really hope someone can do someone and make sure this doesn 't happen again to anyone else.
Was 20 minutes before closing but; our sandwiches had no flavor and I paid $17 for tasteless, cold food! I'd rather do mcdonalds.
It is standard McDonalds, so the food is what it is. The staff though isn 't even that good they are shooting 50% with regard to order accuracy. They omit items from the order all the time. Check your orders in the drive through before you leave!!!
This store has really gone downhill over the past couple months. The dining room beverage station is regularly unkempt, and the customer service is nearly always terrible! When your order comes wrong, try to get it fixed without an attitude and your time wasted! Thumbs down to Shon and ALL current daytime managers who project the attitude of being bothered and hassled when asked to fix their own team's mistake! Because it's been said that there are no absolutes, a big kudos to Sam and Amber who demonstrate and display quality guest service that the ENTIRE team can learn from. In the meantime Burger King has been better lately and for now I believe a better option! The Golden Arches are tarnished in Prescott Valley! Please fix!
Jessica layer manager is one of the rude coworkers I encounter. their rude and sarcastic attitude towards me and the closure of the drive through the window on me was not acceptable. When I asked about the manager name, she refused to give me the name. do not go to this place or make sure that jessica is out of service.
