Mr Mozzarella - Prescott

I live in Prescott and my order has been wrong 11 times in the past year. When I call the restaurant, the staff who answer the phone don't seem to know much about the menu. There is a person there who is causing problems and needs to be let go. Overall, my experience with this restaurant has been terrible.

What a disaster! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra ham, pineapple, and cheese, but received a strange combination of turkey or ham and pineapple with a white sauce instead. When we called to let them know about the mistake, they said they would fix it and told us it would take 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half, the driver finally arrived but didn't inform us that the pizza was free or reimburse us for the extra $7 we paid for the incorrect order. The driver seemed confused and mentioned that it was already closing time, even though the restaurant usually stays open until midnight. This mix-up seems to happen frequently. In the end, the pizza we received was disappointing compared to what we originally ordered. If you're looking for good pizza in Prescott, we recommend trying Bobby's or Pappa Larry's instead of Mr. Mozzarella until they get their act together.

The pizza at this place is outstanding. The sauce is very good, the crust is wonderful, and there is plenty of cheese. The staff is friendly and the pizza was ready for pickup on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Order for the first time and definitiw the last time. I ordered pizza and wings. When it arrived, I was not sure if the pizza would fall out of the box, it was as tender as for the wings, they were raw...absolutely disgusting. never order again.

Can order off the menu, they have the food ready when they say it will be ready. Also pretty consistent. Has improved the last couple years so have been ordering more.
