Chalet Fondue - Preston-Potter Hollow

This review is for the pizzeria (Nunzio 's) attached to the restaurant same owner. On 1/3 my wife called in an order for 1 large pizza (at 530p) the owner, told my wife the pizza would be ready in 30 35 minutes. At 600p I arrived at the restaurant to find that the pizza had not yet been made The owner said that the pizza order was just called in when I said it was called in at 530p he began to get aggressive and yell at me you don 't know what you 're talking about I 'm the one that took the call and it was just called in .....look I get it these places are seasonal and can become quickly overwhelmed. The restaurant was not busy, only two order tickets hanging, the phone didn 't ring once! Rather than making my pizza (Or providing an apology, excuse or something) he continued to yell and insist the order just came in I asked for him to check the caller ID to see the time that we called and he became increasing agitated, yelling louder if you don 't want the damn pizza just leave! I walked out, called Neapoli and had a pie ready in 20 minutes I checked other reviews and this is not the first occurrence of an owner that does not know how to speak to or deal with customers. Stay away....

Pizza was good but the staff not so much, it may have been because it was during the parade and they were overwhelmed, but service no matter what is important. The guy in front of us asked for plates and was snapped at so we didn 't bother to ask and because of attitudes did not ask for napkins either. The pizza was good and you can tell a lot from a cheese pie, I would definitely have it again just maybe on a day that the staff wasn 't so challenged.

Excellent barbecue chicken pizza at Nuncio's and if you're interested in cheese or meat fondue, this is the place to visit while in Windham.

The food was very good and the owner nunzio is very friendly
