Trying to place order over the staff taking to each other,teller didn't listen to order properly

Tiny little Romans store, great service. This tiny shop has limited parking and virtually no seating available, a couple of tables are available for small groups to eat at quickly, but it is very much a takeaway store. The service here has always been excellent in my experience and they competently handle large orders, whether over the counter or over the phone. They can get very busy at times, well situated for any locals, so delays in orders can result, but nothing too major. A very good experience every time I have been

Went for a takeaway. The attendent was polite greeted me with a smile. Not an excessively long wait for the pizzas. They lost one star for initially wanting to charge me for a large pizza when we ordered medium a mistake that was only corrected after I pointed it out.

Pizza is of the best that I have tasted for a Romans take away, the base is not too dry that some Romans outlets suffer from. The service is also good. Would have given 5 starts if not for their meat lasagna. The mince tasted a bit crumbly.

Roman's Pizza Brooklyn is the best. I eat here everyday and have never had a problem. The manager Cornelius is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet and he'll always make sure you leave satisfied.
