What a gem!! This place was really good!! The burgers were fantastic!!! Might take a little longer to get your food then the big restaurants, but we didn't find it a crazy wait time. We will definitely go back. Not a lot of seating but enough to keep them hopping if it was busy. Can't wait to try breakfast!! Deep fried pickles are always a must try, these ones seem to burst with flavour!
After hearing about this place from a friend decided to try it and am not disappointed. It's a smaller, clean, comfortable family friendly place. Not well advertised from outside and building looks a bit desolate but well worth the effort to go. Also serves all day breakfast.
We went in at 330 in the afternoon there was one table that already had their order, we were seated the question on drinks was barked at us the waitress was quick with those and the menus and then we waited.. and waited. Our order was taken, I ordered the NY original debris which was a Poutine with cheese curds according to other reviewers, it came out with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese with limp fries. The waitress was not on with customer service which overall ruined the experience, also didn't try apologize for the wait. Very disappointing.
I had heard very mixed feedback but decided to give it a try. Yes, the location is not great, the service just ok, however the food was really good. When you look at the menu, you can tell they know who they are and what they are looking to deliver on.I had the Dirty Bird chicken burger and chicken was moist and juicy, delicious! Hubby had the "Yo Adrian" dawg which also had a fantastic flavour. For a casual meal when you are looking for just a really good burger or a dawg it will hit the spot. I hope you give them a try so that they can stick around and continue to improve and evolve, because I think there is a place for them here in the local restaurant scene.
