However, Pan Am is a hidden gem. Although the restaurant may appear small and unassuming, the owners are welcoming and create a cozy, friendly atmosphere. What sets Pan Am apart is their authentic Chinese menu, featuring dishes listed in Chinese. The owners are happy to assist guests in selecting items from this special menu. As a pleasant surprise, they even treated us to a bowl of wintermelon soup on the house.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. Compared to the best in Richmond, the taste here is authentic. The portions are generous, the prices are low, and we will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks (and even some who don't).
I have ordered from Pan-Am several times and each time I have experienced short waiting times, delicious food with generous portions, and excellent service from the staff. I have no complaints about this restaurant.
The service was very good and eating was even better. the chow mine is very tasty. we recommend this restaurant to anyone who comes to prince george. up there!
Ordered fried rice shrimp had gone bad and beef was so bad it smelled. It was obviously refried as it was clumpy. Politely called and offered to bring it all back so they could smell how bad it was said there is nothing they can do and hung up. Only ordered here coz China Sails was closed Monday. Never ever again unless you want to get sick!
