Pizza Hut - Prince George

I never settled in a PIZZA! Since I traveled a lot for business, I've eaten pizza hats all over North America for the whole year. I understand that like Franchises, they do not have exactly the same product ALTHOUGH THEY SHOULD.... In a pinch I go to the restaurant or order a pizza like last night. It came in record time, which is always beautiful, but has nothing to do with the pizza. Usually, when a pizza is delivered under the cake, there is a sheet of kitchen paper that separates the cake from the box. It wasn't this time. The pizza was dry and limp. The crust tasted just like the cardboard box in which it sat. The box aroma was indeed THE FLAVOUR of pizza. I ordered a 50/50, a half Hawaiian and the other half of the Supreme. IF there was any taste overwhelmed by the cardboard taste. On the Hawaiian side there were so few ham and pineapple, but lots of cheese. On the top was only cheese and cardboard. I ate a piece of each and PUT THE REST in the GARBAGE. It was INEDIBLE and EXPENSIVE and VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I ordered my food, and the worker put my food on the next table. I just wonder that there are no other customers in the restaurant, why did they put the food on this table. After 5-10 minutes I wait one of them. the staff and asked if this was our food? she said yes, it is our new policy that we do not serve the customer and put that food on other tables. then I asked her ok, but they should let us know that it is our food and we need to take it from ourselves. she starts screaming and asking me, it's my responsibility to confirm from us. After the conversation with me she goes to the kitchen and starts talking to other workers and she said that these people have no sense and have another nonsense. which I have heard clearly, since my table is not so far from the kitchen. they do not know how to treat a customer and the taste of food was not good either. about, eating pizza is going to be hard to eat as it gets cold while we wait for someone to confirm that it is our food? she has not confirmed us that we need anything else or not? overall it is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I will never visit this restaurant in my life.

We ordered a large filled crust pizza, the taste of the pizza was great, in which did was the only mistake as they cut the pizza, it was not cut properly so that it left our pizza a huge chaos. still it tasted good.

I ordered my food to see the food and tasted well, but she gave me the wrong bath that is normally not a problem, but it was Ranch and I can't stand Ranch so I called to ask what happened the person who lied and said... she called me and I never answered so that she gave me what and I had the phone with me called all the time and I checked even my callhistoric to be sure

Came in before the noon hour rush. Grabbed a booth. All tasted good and very good service. Good value at $10. Love the dessert pizzas. Good experience.
