Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a drink, and one of the staff called me weird for choosing it. Because of that, I no longer order from there.
I approached the counter and informed the staff that I had a mobile order. There was no apology or acknowledgment of my wait. When I showed her my order, which I had placed at 11:47, and pointed out that it was now 11:57, she simply said she would make them right away. I understand that it was the lunch rush and things can get hectic, but as someone who also works at Tim Hortons, I know this is unacceptable. Orders should be made in the order they are received, without exception. When mistakes like this happen, the proper procedure is to apologize, offer a coffee promise, and then fulfill the order.
The service is decent, but the quality of the coffee appears to have declined in recent years. I always order the same thing, yet it frequently doesn't taste quite right.
They always get my order wrong I always get a steeped tea with 2 sugar 1.5 cream and I always get a coffee instead or like 1 cream in my tea. They do have fast service though.
It was okay. Very busy but staff weren't able to really explain why they didn't have any soups our chili on their menu items and seemed to get frustrated when i asked to speak up. But they did do the order quickly and happy with what else i got
