Sonic Drive-in - Princeton

I waited 15 minutes for my order, only to get home with a BLT that shouldn’t have left the kitchen. The cheese sticks were burnt, and the gator tots were stale. It’s disappointing to spend nearly $20 and end up with such bad food. The BLT had only one and a half pieces of bacon on it!

I placed my order ten minutes ago and still haven't received it! There are only four cars in the parking lot; this is ridiculous.

I was really disappointed with my meal. The fries were cold and stale, and the chicken patty tasted old. For a price range of $10–20 per person, I expected much better. The food quality was a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere also a 2. I would only recommend the sandwiches and fries, but even those were a letdown.

While paying for my order with a debit card,the young man kept sweeping my card several times very fa s t ,locking my card, then telling me my c a rd was no good! This Sonic location is disappointing. The staff seems to have issues with cleanliness, and I encountered a problem with my mobile order. I placed my order at 6:23 and waited until close to 7, but I was still unable to cancel it. I plan to contact my bank about this. It wasn't even a case of being short-staffed, as I noticed several employees sitting around eating and using their devices. Overall, I rate it 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.
