Otr Prospect

Tried to get a Moos shake and dog as advertised but only dog there was cashier. Asked for one and he said no that 's it. No reason. Same guy also just points to POS machine and doesnt tell me how much it cost. Guy was generally rude and not wearing a mask. On a different note a different guy who works there sometimes has a great smile and is super nice.

Have been going there for many years on regular basis,for petrol and many other things. No complaints on my part.

This OTR never has enough staff on, always one person working on their own trying to serve the masses of people, make coffee and run the whole store. It’s literally impossible. Saturday lunchtime, about 50 people in the store and one guy working and clearly struggling with it all. And they didn’t have a singular alt milk? This is a common reoccurrence and it always seems like there is one person at peak times. Desperately need to put more staff on!! For the staff sake and customers.
