Pilot Travel Center - Prosperity

Stopped here during a long road trip and was extremely tired. I started shopping around and looking at all the neat little things they have the manager literally would not leave me alone and followed me throughout the store as if I was going to stealsomething. The cashier however was extremely nice and welcoming but the manager could definitely use some lessons and customerservice and how to be decent to customers as she was literally harassing me while I was trying to shop shame shame on you

To my fellow truck drivers: Although the pilot app says that this store features premium wifi, they in fact have no wifi at all. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, newly remodeled bathrooms are spacious.

Whenever I get the chance, I always stop at Pilot or Flying J. They are the best! I used to prefer TA, but I think they've declined in quality lately!

This is a nice and clean Pilot truck stop. The shower I used was spotless. However, there are two areas for improvement: installing a shower curtain in shower #5 and offering bean-to-cup coffee, as not everyone is a fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

This truck stop is budget-friendly. However, there was no food available for purchase at 5:30 AM, so I didn't buy anything. Thanks?
