Panda Express - Providence

I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, only to be informed that they were out of almost everything and that it would take another 30 minutes to prepare the food I wanted.

I absolutely love the orange chicken paired with chow mein and rice! While the line can be a bit long at times, the delicious food makes it all worth it! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

My food was brought out to me. Looked into bag no sauces, no silverware, and no cookie. He just said here's your coins and bills. Didn't count it back to me I had to do that my self, he said is it right? The amount he gave back to me. I said yes, after in counted it bak to myself to check to make sure it was the right amount. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Been waiting 15 minutes when they said the wait was only 5, husband had to go in and ask for the food we ordered in the drive thru Service: 1

Terrible service. Dirty tables. Said none of the 6 employees could clean them and wouldn’t give me a towel to do it. No paper towels in restroom. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
