My espresso martini was simply divine and wonderfully creamy! We started with the zucchini fritters, which were good but nothing extraordinary. My Pollo Ala Vodka was incredibly creamy and delicious; I savored every last bite. The service was decent, rated around 3 out of 5—it could have been improved, as our water glasses remained empty for a while and we had to ask for a refill. Our waiter seemed a bit scattered and it took some time to get our bottle of wine brought to our table. However, I would definitely return, hoping for better service next time.
We started with the insalata mista, which was overly dressed and soggy. Our main courses arrived before I had even made a dent in my salad, and the bread we requested came out shortly after that, all within about 20 minutes, which made us feel quite rushed at our already overcrowded table. The linguini with clams was drenched in parsley and oil without enough garlic or butter, which was disappointing. The veal parmesan and spaghetti with meatballs were just okay, but we’ve definitely had better meals elsewhere. The bread was dry and tasteless. What I hoped would be a fantastic dining experience turned out to be lackluster. While we enjoyed chatting with the party next to us, the overall service felt too rushed and the food was mediocre. I don't plan to return.
Outstanding! The vegetarian minestrone was great. Chicken Picca awesome. Make sure you get Maya! Don't miss!
This restaurant was recommended to us the vibes and ambiance looked really cute and we frequent ptown, have never been so we were very excited to try. The reviews I looked up prior to going were great so we were confident our dining experience was going to be great. Do not eat here. The food and service was awful. I have never had saltier food in my life. Our waitress was probably one of the worst I have ever experienced just plain mean. The food was actually inedible. So many great options in ptown and this is just not one of them.
Beautiful terrace but average food! The service was okay, but it was a little hostile. The food was ok; all the pastas were very dry, and if I am not wrong, all of them were spaghetti, which had been cooked in a batch and served with a very minimal amount of sauce, depending on your order. The marsala dishes were over seasoned and the salads were just ok. We had a great time with each other but the food left nothing good to remember. It's one of the most renowned restaurants in town and it was sad that it was such a letdown.
